# Terms of Service – Internal Use Only These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Digital Checkmark AI platform (“the Platform”) by employees, contractors, and authorized personnel of Digital Checkmark LLC (“the Company”). This Platform is intended strictly for internal operational, administrative, developmental, and testing purposes. It is not a commercial product and is not offered for sale to external users. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the following: ## 1. Authorized Use Only employees, contractors, or individuals explicitly authorized by Digital Checkmark LLC may access or use this Platform. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited. ## 2. Purpose of Use The Platform may be used solely for internal business operations, including: - IT operations and automation - Internal testing and development - Administrative tasks - AI-assisted workflows - Employee productivity tools The Platform must not be used for unlawful, unethical, or non–business-related activities. ## 3. Data Handling Users must follow Company security policies when handling internal data: - Do not upload sensitive client data unless approved. - Follow all Company protocols for HIPAA-related data when applicable. - Maintain confidentiality of all information produced or accessed through the Platform. ## 4. Account Security Each user is responsible for safeguarding their credentials. Sharing accounts or passwords is prohibited. ## 5. System Changes and Downtime The Platform may undergo updates, maintenance, testing, or modifications at any time without prior notice. Service interruptions may occur as part of normal internal development. ## 6. Monitoring Use of the Platform may be logged and monitored to ensure compliance with Company policies and to maintain system integrity. ## 7. Prohibited Uses Users must not: - Attempt to bypass security restrictions - Use the Platform to perform malicious, unethical, or prohibited actions - Share Platform access or content with unauthorized individuals - Use the Platform for commercial resale or external service delivery ## 8. Termination of Access The Company reserves the right to revoke access for any user at any time for security, operational, or compliance reasons. ## 9. No Warranty This Platform is provided “as is” for internal use. The Company does not guarantee uptime, performance, or error-free operation. --- If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
